Reception is open Monday to Friday between 7:00am and 4.00pm and Saturday & Sunday 7:00am and 11:00am. Additional reception services include:

Unlimited FREE Wi-Fi is available for in-house guests. For those requiring higher usage, other packages are available at cost.

Guests are welcome to use the guest laundry facilities (coin-operated) between the hours of 7.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 11:00am Saturday and Sunday, accessed via the corridor between reception and the hotel car park. Change is available at the Lounge counter, and washing powder is supplied in the laundry. 

The ferry service is currently not available.
